Test your VoIP
In order to confirm that your Internet connection will support VoIP we suggest testing the connection using a FREE testing service. We found that Brix Networks offers an easy to use test that gives a reliable snapshot of your connection to their server. To initiate the test, click Test Now below and a new window will open directing you to the Brix Networks site. Look for "TestYourVoIP Now!" on the right side and select Boston from the dropdown menu marked "Call Destinations". Then click GO. This test will help you better understand the level of quality you can expect using a VoIP service.

The MabuhayVoice Technical Support objective is to verify proper interoperability between the SIP device and the MabuhayVoice system. Issues regarding the device's advanced functions and features as well as modem or router setup are beyond the scope of Technical Support and such requests should be directed to the device's manufacturer. The device's maker is better equipped to quickly and properly solve any device related issues or answer questions regarding advanced functions. Please note most hard phones require a router to function.
